This policy explains what information Contreras Studio, a brand of Viralframe LLC ("we"), collects through contrerasstudio.com (the "site"), what we use it for and the choices you have. Last updated: November 5, 2026.

1. Who we are

Viralframe LLC is a limited liability company based in Phoenix, Arizona, USA. Under the Contreras Studio brand we offer event photo and film and studio portraits. For any privacy question, email info@contrerasstudio.com or call (480) 601-5910.

2. Information we collect

What you give us: in the booking form, your name, phone or WhatsApp, email (optional), event type, date, city and any details you choose to share; and anything you send us by email, phone, text message or WhatsApp. We only ask for what we need to reply and quote. Please do not include sensitive information such as ID numbers, banking or health details. What is collected automatically: our hosting provider (Netlify) processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and protect the site. This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

3. How we use it

To answer your request, confirm availability and send you a quote; to provide the services you book and talk to you about them; and to protect the site against spam and abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

4. How we contact you

By sending the form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, WhatsApp or email to answer your request. We will not send you promotional messages without your permission. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying "STOP" or writing to us.

5. Who we share it with

Only with providers that help us operate, and only for that purpose: Netlify, Inc. (site hosting and form delivery), our email provider, and WhatsApp or your phone carrier when you message us that way. We may also share it if the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep requests and conversations for as long as needed to serve you and as required by our accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

7. Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your information, correct it or delete it by writing to info@contrerasstudio.com. We will reply within a reasonable time.

8. Minors

The site is meant for adults. If the event is for a minor, the request must be made by their parent or guardian. We only publish client photos, and especially photos of minors, with written permission.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with its update date.
