These terms govern the use of contrerasstudio.com, operated by Viralframe LLC under the Contreras Studio brand. Last updated: November 5, 2026.

1. Using the site

You may use the site to learn about our services and request a quote. Do not use it to send spam, false information or illegal content.

2. Prices and bookings

Published prices are for reference and may change without notice. The price, date, what each package includes, the delivery timeline and payment terms are set in writing in the contract for each event or session. A date is held only with a signed contract and the required deposit. For studio sessions the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

3. Delivery timeline

Our usual timeline for the edited gallery is 72 hours after the event. The exact timeline for each event is the one in its contract.

4. Ownership of photos and films

The photos and films on this site belong to Viralframe LLC and are published with our clients’ permission. Do not copy or use them without written permission. Usage rights for the photos of your event are set in your contract.

5. Liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Viralframe LLC is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.
